Serious Question: Do you know what a cheese bagel is?

…Anyone? A few days ago, I brought a cheese bagel to work and no one knew what it was. Not a clue.

It’s not a bagel at all. It has dry cottage cheese inside. It’s usually served warm with sour cream. And it’s like biting into an angel’s harp. But how can it be such a secret? Is this just a Montreal thing? A Jewish thing? Am I stressing out too much about this?! (Please don’t answer that)

So I have to find out: Have you seen/eaten/heard of a cheese bagel before? If yes, where are you from? And how amazing are they?!

(That last one you can answer)
